Travelling Brisbane City: Tips for you!

Hello! My name is Lorenzo and I happen to live in the wonderful city of Brisbane, Australia. A lot of people think that Brisbane is boring, but they'll only say that because they've done it all. Here I'm going to show you the BEST places to go in Brisbane, brought to you by a true local 😎

The Queensland Museum | Website

I know, I know, museums are boring - but they don't always have to be. At the Queensland Museum and/or GOMA (gallery of modern art) you can find random things you would never think you would be interested in. They've also got a cafe (multiple to be fair) that serve high-quality food that can cure your hunger.

Brisbane City Markets | Website

Operating every Wednesday from 8.00 AM to 6.00 PM and every Thursday from 8.00 AM to 2.00 PM, you are sure to find a great bite to eat here. From Japanese kitchens to gooey cookies to fresh lemonade to coffee to everything else, everybody can have something they'll love (but warning: once you try the Karaage, you'll never be back at sushi train).

The Star Brisbane Sky Deck | Website

Once again, more food (sorry!) but also a view you will NEVER forget. Over 100 metres high in the air (0.0621371 miles for the Americans), you can look down through glass floors at the city and the speeding traffic below you. Sit down with almost a dozen restaurants to grab a bite of high-quality lunch or a drink (if you're old enough, of course). Lay back, relax and chillax with your friends, family or just ride solo. also they have a casino but remember to gamble responsibly queen

Felons | Website

GASP more food?!?1?!?!? Yep, seems that Brisbane is a pretty foody city! Felons Brewing Co. is a modern day brewery that creates and celebrates the good life, as said on their website. Fun fact: the brewery finds its name from the true tale of four felons, who, in 1823, on their way to Illawarra from Sydney were blown off course and found themselves lost at sea, ended up shipwrecked up north on Moreton Island. Their barrel hall located right next to the brewing co is the home of many great events, concerts and sport-watchings (if that's a word).

Conclusion

Thanks for reading this! Turns out Brisbane really likes food - who knew! Bye!
